🇦🇺 AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
All Australian orders are shipped directly from our Gold Coast warehouse using Australia Post Express or Standard Shipping, depending on your choice at checkout.
We pack and send orders Monday to Friday, between 8:00am and 4:00pm AEST (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Any orders placed after hours or on weekends will be shipped the following business day.

⚡ SAME / NEXT-DAY DISPATCH
We aim to ship all orders placed before 12pm AEST on the same business day.
Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped on the next business day.
During busy periods such as launches, holidays, or sales, dispatch may take up to 48–72 hours, but we’ll always keep you updated via email.
📦 TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your order anytime using the Australia Post tracking portal or app.
If your parcel shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it yet, please check with Australia Post first.

🌍 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship worldwide from our Gold Coast warehouse using Australia Post International Express or Standard International Shipping.

🌐 CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply once your parcel reaches your country.
Unfortunately, these charges are beyond our control and must be paid by the recipient.
We always provide accurate customs information to help minimize any potential delays.

Check your tracking link for updates.
Confirm your shipping address was entered correctly.

Please note that once your parcel has been shipped, we’re unable to change the delivery address.
