ZANTEE Returns & Refunds Policy
We understand that finding the perfect fit can take time — especially when it comes to swimwear. At ZANTEE, we’re proud to offer returns for store credit, so you can shop confidently knowing we’ve got you covered if it’s not quite right.
We believe in intentional, mindful shopping. Before purchasing, we encourage you to read our fit notes, view each style from all angles, and check our size guide. This helps reduce returns and ensures your new piece fits your body perfectly.
If you do need to return something, that’s absolutely okay — we just ask that you take care when trying on your items and follow the guidelines below.
Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth and fair returns process, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item is in as-new condition – unworn, unwashed, and free of scents, marks, or stains.

Tags and hygiene liners must be attached and intact.

Your return is lodged within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item was not purchased during a sale or marked as a final sale item.

Accessories (such as jewellery) are final sale and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Sarongs and bags may be returned for store credit if they are unused, unwashed, and returned with tags attached and in their original packaging.
Tip: Always try on swimwear over clean underwear, after a shower, and before applying lotions, deodorant, or oils.
How to Lodge a Return
Returning your ZANTEE piece is simple:

Visit our Online Returns Portal (coming soon).

Submit your return request by following the guided steps.

Once approved, you’ll be prompted to pay for and print your return label — please note return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Attach your label securely and post your parcel via your local post office.

Once received, your return will be processed within 3 business days, and you’ll receive your store credit via email.
Store Credit

Your store credit is valid for 3 years and can be used at any time online.

Store credits apply to the value of your returned item(s) only and do not include shipping or duties.

Store credits cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
Faulty or Damaged Items
While we take the greatest care in quality control, if your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email us at support@zantee.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the fault.
Our team will review this promptly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Sale Items
All sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, unless deemed faulty.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return it for store credit and place a new order for your preferred style or size. This ensures you receive your new order faster and avoids stock delays.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Our team works hard to dispatch orders quickly, so we can’t always guarantee edits or cancellations once your order is placed.
